PropNex cements its status as a Golden Brand
In the real estate industry that is perceived to be untrustworthy, PropNex has been championing consumer protection even before the Council of Estate Agents (CEA) was established on 22 October 2010 to promote the integrity and competence of salespersons. All of PropNex’s efforts have now paid dividends as they have just been awarded the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands (RDTB) Gold award again.
 
“Winning an award based on trust, especially in a profession that is not regarded as reliable by the public as a whole, is an achievement in itself”, says Mr Adam Tan, Corporate Communications Manager for PropNex Realty, “and winning it for the fourth consecutive time since the category’s inception is just icing on the cake”.

The Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands is based on a survey that polled thousands of independent consumers across Asia for their feedback on brands that they felt were reliable and dependable. Winning brands were named by voters in an unprompted question that really tested consumers’ recall of trustworthy brands.
 
“PropNex has won numerous accolades over the years,” reveals Mr Tan, “including the Promising Brand Award at the Singapore Prestige Brand Awards (SPBA) in 2007, and has been ranked amongst the Top 50 Enterprises in 2008 and 2009. However, this award is a direct translation of the consumers’ perception of us, in terms of our innovation, service standards and other factors. This award is a tangible and invaluable endorsement of our customers.
